Mental Health no Jutsu #1:
 Your Happy List

It’s human nature for us to think. We sometimes focus our brainpower on the future, the past, our regrets, or worries , and our “going-to-dos” that we forget about the little things that bring joy into our life. This is the same for our art — we focus so much on the little detail that we get overwhelmed, slam our pens down and forget about the big picture.

For this ABE, please  work out on your happy lists. What, small, simple , “in the moment” pleasures do you have that make you feel good? What kind of mood do you find yourself in when you want to create? Any art-related things on your happy list?

We’d really like you to think about it.  Dont just take a few minutes .. .work on it for days. Put it down, enjoy life, and then come back to it. See how many you can come up with by the end of the week.

Bonus points if you create something from an item on your list.

Difficulty: 3/5. Not too tricky. But it will make you think.
